- All property that is within 5 road miles of a Youngsville Fire Station or within the Youngsville F.D.'s insurance district will benefit from this lower rating (town and rural, hydrant and non-hydrant areas).
- If property is between 5 and 6 miles, and not within 5 miles of any neighboring fire station, a Class 9 rating is applied. Any property outside of 6 miles and not within 5 or 6 miles of another county fire station is considered as Class 10.
